Corporate sponsorship has a tremendous, immediate impact on our operations and the events that we host for our members and guests. We ask you to consider sponsoring our organization, so that we can continue to provide events for local young professionals to connect with their peers in a social setting. Our locally-held events have drawn thousands of young professionals to date, and our event promotions reach hundreds with each weekly email blast and social media post.
When you become a Corporate Sponsor of YPA, you will receive the following exposure to our membership and subscriber base:
- Your organization’s name and logo will appear in email announcements leading up to the event, as well as placement on the Event Calendar and Corporate Sponsorship pages of our website.
- You will have the option to briefly speak and provide signage and promotional materials to display at your sponsored event.
- You are encouraged to have up to four staff members attend the event at no cost (RSVPs still required) to represent you as the sponsor.
In addition, your sponsorship will demonstrate your community betterment efforts, through your support of one of Akron’s original young professional groups, which collaborates with the Greater Akron Chamber and holds an ex-officio seat on its Board. Your contribution will allow us to continue to grow and be an advocate for our community now and in the future!

Annual Meeting Recognition
Your business will receive recognition for sponsoring YPA, as well as a framed certificate of appreciation that can be displayed at your business. All YPA members and non-members are invited to this meeting. A representative from your company is invited to attend this meeting as well.
